Jaden Rasmussen has been immersed in the construction industry since the age of 16, building his career from the ground up through hands-on field experience, leadership roles, and large-scale commercial construction management. Before founding Ace High Builders, Jaden worked for Bonneville Builders out of Salt Lake City, Utah, where he served as both a Superintendent and Project Manager overseeing complex commercial projects, coordinating subcontractors, managing schedules, and ensuring projects were delivered efficiently and at a high standard of quality.

That real-world experience became the foundation for what would eventually become Ace High Builders — a company built around execution, transparency, long-term relationships, and scalable construction systems. Jaden recognized early that the construction industry often suffers from fragmented communication, adversarial contracts, and short-term thinking. His vision was to build a company that operated differently: open-book, relationship-driven, and capable of becoming a true long-term partner for developers and growing brands.

Under Jaden’s leadership, Ace High Builders quickly carved out a unique niche within the car wash industry, becoming a trusted partner for high-growth operators requiring repeatable, scalable builds across multiple locations. The company has successfully completed dozens of car wash projects ranging from ground-up developments and tenant improvements to renovations, expansions, and large-scale equipment integrations. Steve Miller brings more than a decade of elite-level car wash installation experience to Ace High Installations. Before partnering with Ace High, Steve worked with Car Wash Solutions before the company was acquired by Sunny's Car Wash Factory — one of the largest and most respected companies in the industry. During his six years with Sunny’s, Steve earned a reputation as one of the top installers in the nation, consistently recognized among more than 800 installers for his speed, precision, and unmatched understanding of car wash systems.

Over the last 10 years, Steve has successfully completed more than 80 car wash equipment installations ranging from full ground-up developments to complex renovations and retrofits. His expertise extends far beyond simply assembling equipment. Steve understands every component, connection, bolt, and system integration required to make a car wash operate efficiently and reliably. Just as importantly, he understands the construction side of the project — allowing him to bridge the gap between the building process and the equipment installation process seamlessly.

His focus has been on helping build the internal operating systems that allow Ace High Builders and Ace High Installations to function cohesively as scalable, relationship-driven companies rather than transactional construction firms.
